Restaurant Operations Manager Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Restaurant Opearations Manager in Copenhagen . In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the uxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich. Description of the Restaurant Operations Manager position : We are currently recruiting a Restaurant Operations Manager for one of our international premium brand partners. Your main responsibilities will include: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and hospitality. • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of managers and employees. • Drive business performance by monitoring sales, profitability, and operational KPIs. • Manage the restaurant's P&L, labour costs, and operational expenses. • Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and local legislation. • Develop and implement action plans to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members while supporting career development within the business. • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance working environment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support local marketing initiatives and business growth. • Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure outstanding customer service at all times. • • Requirements • Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or food & beverage. • Proven experience managing high-volume operations. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L. • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required • If you'd like to work in the Hospitality sector, don't hesitate to send us your CV!
