District Manager Netherlands Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a District Manager M/F in Amsterdam . In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the uxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich. Description of the District Manager : As a District Manager, you will be working in the following duties: • Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with overall company objectives and values. • Manage all stores Netherlands region. • Work closely with different departments such as finance, marketing, visual merchandising, e-commerce, and HR to prepare weekly/monthly forecasts. • Monitor sales profit and loss results. • Drive KPIs and develop and implement corrective actions to achieve and improve targets. • Promote and encourage a positive work environment. • Collaborate with HR on personnel matters and support the achievement of payroll targets. • Develop agendas and content with store managers for annual STM meetings and coordinate logistics, external/internal participants, etc. • Maintain the store supply process and ensure continuous optimization. • Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. • • Requirements • Several years of demonstrable experience in a similar role. • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing a team. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization. • Analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Willingness to travel within the assigned region and flexibility in working hours when necessary. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Extensive experience in operations and HR best practices. • Results-driven with strong leadership skills. • Structured, well organized, and consistent. • Fluent in Dutch and English.
