Travel Retail Benelux Field Supervisor F/M/X Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Travel RetailBbenelux Field Supervisor M/F/X in Amsterdam or Brussels . In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the uxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich. Description of the Travel Retail Benelux Field Supervisor position : We are currently recruiting a Travel Retail Benelux Field Supervisor for one of our international premium brand partners. Your main responsibilities will include: Retail Performance • Drive sell-out performance across the assigned Travel Retail network. • Monitor sales KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and commercial performance. • Develop action plans to maximize sales and achieve business objectives. • Provide regular performance reporting and recommendations to management. Team Leadership & Coaching • Lead, coach and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors and Brand Ambassadors. • Conduct regular field visits, one-to-one coaching sessions and performance reviews. • Foster a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement. Training & Brand Excellence • Deliver product knowledge, sales techniques and customer experience training. • Ensure teams confidently represent the brand portfolio and latest product launches. • Reinforce luxury service standards and storytelling excellence. Visual Merchandising & Retail Execution • Ensure merchandising guidelines and promotional activations are executed to the highest standards. • Monitor stock availability, tester quality and overall counter presentation. • Partner with retail operators to resolve operational issues and optimise execution. • • • Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Field Supervisor, Area Manager or Retail Manager position. • Previous experience within Travel Retail , luxury retail or premium beauty is highly desirable. • Proven people management and coaching experience. • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and reporting skills. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • Highly organised, autonomous and results-oriented. • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are considered strong assets. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Benelux region. • If you'd like to work in the luxury sector, don't hesitate to send us your CV!
