Operations Manager Europe | Diamond Jewellery Brand Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Operations Manager Europe M/F in Amsterdam . In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the uxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich. Description of the Operations Manager Europe position : We are currently recruiting an Operations Manager Europe for one of our international luxury brand partners. Your main responsibilities will include: • • Lead and manage all European operations (logistics, fulfilment, stock, repairs, returns). • Ensure smooth and efficient order processing and delivery across multiple markets. • Manage and develop an operational team, fostering performance and accountability. • Define, monitor, and improve KPIs (delivery times, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, accuracy). • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems. • Manage relationships with logistics partners and external providers. • Support business growth by ensuring scalable and robust operational infrastructure. • Collaborate with HQ and leadership teams on strategic projects. • Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Fulfilment roles. • Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, international environment. • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and e-commerce operations. • Experience working with KPIs and data-driven decision making. • Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to improve and scale processes. • Excellent organisational and project management skills. • Experience in retail, luxury, e-commerce, or high-growth environments is a plus. • Strong communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus). • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with multiple stakeholders. • If you'd like to work in the luxury sector, don't hesitate to send us your CV!
