We are looking for a passionate Jewelry Sales Trainer to join our Retail Excellence & Sales Training team in Rome and help us bring this vision to life. Reporting to the Global Sales Training Senior Manager , the selected candidate will contribute to the jewelry training development process, from the concept to the realization and deployment to the Local Sales Trainers and Sales Teams. Key Responsibilities • Define the yearly category training calendar together with the Jewelry Business Unit and the other Training stakeholders. Organize the retro-planning and activities in order to meet the deadlines and advise on training budget needs. • Design and develop jewelry training programs, using dedicated training platforms (e.g. Articulate Rise). These programs will be delivered through a blended approach, incorporating digital self-learning and in-class sessions. • Ensure the delivery of training courses to the Local Sales Trainers during Train-the-Trainer. Liaise with them regularly in order to maintain a close relationship and ensure that they are fully equipped for local facilitation. • Collect feedback from Local Sales Trainers to identify the training needs and suggest improvements on training tools. • Oversee and manage training data for all jewelry training programs, ensuring that priorities are met and that training aligns with product training needs and areas of improvement. Qualifications/Professional Competencies Business school graduate or equivalent university qualifications. At least 6 years of experience in equivalent or similar roles. Strong product knowledge (i.e., on jewelry and gems), paired with knowledge and curiosity on market dynamics and retail trends. A good command of digital & blended training and adult learning, paired with selling and communication techniques. Project Management capability. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered a plus. Proficiency in the Office Suite (mainly Power Point, Excel); knowledge of Canva, Photoshop and/ or Illustrator would be considered a plus. Knowledge of video making and editing tools would be considered a plus. This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs. This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Bvlgari’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance. In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies. The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Bvlgari in Italy.
