Client Advisor - FRED Singapore Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Client Advisor will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations. • Develop every sales opportunity that can arises. • Offer extraordinary customer service when attending to any client / prospect clients / browser. • Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies and directions. • Perform daily stock take and sales reports. • Respect, support and work efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic team. • Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team. • Promote CRM activities. • Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. e.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc. At least 2 years’ experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from jewellery or high-end luxury retail industry Sales and resulted-oriented Excellent customer service skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective High integrity with good ethics and values A team player with a can-do attitude
