Join our Consumer Products Division! WHAT YOU’LL DO Determine white spaces in the market and identify further source of growth Lead Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) process of the brand Implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products Responsible for the local adaptation/ development of advertising creative material; implement media recommendation Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plan for product(s) Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to management Interact effectively with other departments (sales, logistics, training department…) to support marketing objectives Manage PPP budget for product(s) and ensure sales forecast accuracy Provide projects to increase the awareness of the brand both in media and on the field Manage pricing strategy and margin mix with relevant teams DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES 4 years’ university degree 3-5 year of experience in product management/brand development Strong analytical problem solving, communication and negotiation skills Growth mindset and results driven Innovative, ambitious, and able to take initiative Excellent communication skills in English WHAT COULD L’ORÉAL OFFER YOU The ultimate place to win and achieve your career dreams if you take initiative and push the boundaries while helping others shine along the way Work with some of the biggest brands and experts in the business, and the most passionate people A diverse environment Opportunity to be at the center of digital transformation World class training and development </div
