A DAY IN THE LIFE Your day-to-day as a Retail HRBP within L'Oréal Luxe (based in London, Gateway, reporting to the Head of HR, Luxe Retail) will focus on supporting our retail population, including Store Managers and Beauty Advisors. You will: Partner with Retail Stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to retail managers to drive organisational design, employee engagement, and talent retention. Drive the Talent Agenda for your population: Talent Acquisition: Ensure diversity balance and anticipate pipeline for future store talents. Talent Development & Retention: Grow skillsets across retail teams, offering personalised development through career conversations. Succession Planning: Structure proactive succession plans for stores. Be Accountable for Employee Relations: Pro-actively lead and manage first-line employee relations cases, ensuring managers are offered practical advice and guidance in line with UK employment law . Identify Strategic Resourcing Requirements: Lead change management, organisation design, and strategic workforce planning. Operations & Cost Controlling: Leverage data analytics to manage headcount and salary costs in line with the budget. WHO YOU ARE: Core Stakeholder Manager: Robust stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence at all levels. HR Expert: Proven HRBP experience (retail industry experience is a plus, but not essential ). ER Specialist: Strong expertise in UK employment law and managing ER cases. Agile & Solution-Oriented: Ability to work accurately at pace with ambiguity and manage change. Analytical Mindset: Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and managing headcount budgets.
