Key Responsibilities 1. Offline Retail Design: Support design development for luxury boutiques, counters, pop-up stores, and seasonal display updates. ∙ Develop clear design briefs and directional guidance for headquarters (for global/DMI led brands), including references and creative direction. ∙ Support line manager create locally originated design proposals (for China-led brands.) ∙ Manage end-to-end execution of physical retail projects from concept to implementation. 2. Online Retail Design: Support design of e-commerce assets (e.g., Tmall page design). ∙Preparing clear page design request to headquarters (for global/DMI brands) and collaborate with local e-commerce design teams to ensure timely and high-quality page launches. ∙ Possesses independent aesthetic judgment in graphic design, with the ability to propose photography and layout recommendations. 3. Others: Communicate effectively with all functions, including: regional distributors, e-commerce teams, retail partners, and internal departments. Facilitate feedback loops between global and local teams to ensure design coherence Maintain rigorous file and archive management systems for design assets. Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Design degree mandatory; top global design school background preferred. 7+ years of retail design experience with a portfolio showcasing projects. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin (French is a plus). Exceptional logical thinking.
