Join LVMH Hotel Management at Hotel Pitrizza as Spa & Activity Manager, leading a key area of the guest experience across the Spa, Kids Club, Water Sports, and Gym.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, service excellence, team management, and financial performance across all assigned outlets. You will ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless, personalized, and high-end wellness and leisure experience, fully aligned with the standards of luxury hospitality.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, elevate service standards, and develop bespoke experiences tailored to guest preferences. You will also play a central role in coaching and developing your teams, ensuring each area operates efficiently while delivering exceptional quality and care.
• Manage the daily operations of the Spa, Kids Club, Water Sports, and Gym
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards across all outlets
• Lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and team organization
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, presentation, and service delivery
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
• Coordinate third parties/external operators
• Develop tailored wellness and leisure experiences based on guest needs
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent guest journey
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and operational supplies
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous team development
Profile
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
Strong background in spa operations; experience with leisure or recreational outlets is a plus
Good knowledge of systems such as Opera, Micros, Spa Connect, or similar
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong financial and organizational skills
Fluent in English; an additional language is a plus
