◆A Day in the Life As an S&OP Planner, you will optimize and ensure N.Asia sourced Luxe inventory and service levels: ・Demand analysis: Consolidate and analyze monthly affiliate supply needs — challenging demand consistency against market trends and business strategies — to ensure optimal stock allocation ・Upstream coordination: Collaborate with the factory to define production priorities and adjust plans, challenging their agility and capacity to integrate the market requirement and upstream constraints such as batch sizes and lead times ・Inventory management: Manage stock parameters to ensure coverage at the international distribution center and optimize end-to-end supply chain, delivering high service rates while minimizing excess and obsolete ・Catalogue management: Analyze product portfolio productivity and contribute to its rationalization ・Launch management: Coordinate projects with key actors: collect affiliates’ demand, recommend launch viability, stock strategy and secure availability timely supply for the market launch ・Supply planning: Proactively act on the supply issues and propose/ implement solutions in coordination with stakeholders when the risk is foreseen ・Financial exercise: Participate in trend and budget projection in cooperation with Brand business, Finance and affiliates Being a strategic and pivotal function in L’Oreal Luxe division ecosystem, you will collaborate closely with: Affiliates/Factory Supply Chain, Physical distribution, Product development, Sourcing, Product Master Data, Brand Business Development, Marketing and Finance ◆We are looking for ・Growth mindset: open-minded and willing to continuously learn and improve own skills and knowledge ・Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex, fast-paced business ・Robust problem-solving skills and data-oriented analysis that support decision making. ・Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large datasets across systems to evaluate root cause analysis ・Data driven scenario planning experience to drive decisions ・SAP or equivalent ERP experience ・Project management experience ・Languages: Professional-level English and Japanese are required; Chinese is preferred. ◆What’s In It For You ・A place for you to leave your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential! ・Real responsibility from day 1, there’s no sitting on the sidelines at L’Oréal. ・An environment where people of every background are accepted, can speak up, and will thrive! </div
