Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

- Working closely with regional and functional finance teams, the role requires strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence across a fast-paced global business - Experience using planning systems such as Anaplan (preferred) - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights - Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills - Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent experience - Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity - Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes - Experience preparing Executive or Board-level reporting - Significant FP&A experience within a global or multinational business - While we outline the experience and skills we believe set candidates up for success, they’re a guide - not a barrier.
