RESPONSIBILITIES ： • Responsible for profitable development of the Company's business with on trade channel in Shanghai, to continuously assess business opportunities in the area for core brands including trends, market share, distribution expansion, new outlets and promotion activities. • Achieve the agreed monthly and annual objectives set by line manager • Formulate and implement approved action plans, trend and selling strategies in the area, and monitor the progress against the agreed sales targets • Manage the Preferred Wholesalers efficiently and monitor the route to supply • Regularly scheduled sales calls to review outlet performance, provide insights and actionable solutions to help improve performance • Ensure maximum facing and display in best position of the Company's core brands in all outlets in assigned areas • Ensure promotions are carried out efficiently and effectively within budget • Monitor competitors' activities including pricing and promotion activities with timely reports submitted to the Manager • Manage, evaluate and improve the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team • Seek ways to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, and ensure excellent relationships with customers in the area REQUIREMENTS ： • Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or related disciplines • Good Chinese & English communication skills • 5 to 7 years working experience, people management is plus • Full understanding of commercial sales • Familiar with knowledge of imported wines and spirits • Strong negotiation skills • High level of personal selling skills • Good sales forecasting & planning skills • Good presentation skill • High level organized with good analytical skills • Quick learning and response, able to work under pressure
