RESPONSIBILITIES： • Coordinate execution, recording and filing of legal documents • Help monitor summarize latest laws and regulations • Support on drafting, reviewing and translating certain contracts and other legal documents under supervision of legal director. • Support on legal research on various legal issues and deliver result • Help on creating training videos and other training materials • Payment application via Concur system for the team • Other matters instructed by legal director REQUIREMENTS： • Senior University students or Master students, majoring in laws • Candidates passing PRC bar are preferred • Interests in wine & spirits industry • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese • Good sense of responsibility and quick learner • Available to work at least 4 days/week
