Description
RESPONSIBILITIES：
• Assis the team to conduct low value bidding via Ariba, especially for POSM category incl CSR questionnair collection
• Assist to follow purchasing administrative flow with high attention of detail, not limited to vendor creation, quotation verification, PO releasing, contracting process
• Answer to requests/question from stakeholders and vendors about SOP Q&A/process status etc.
• Other tasks assigned by purchasing manager
REQUIREMENTS：
• Junior/undergraduate student preferred
• English written/communication is required
• Attention to detail
• 4 days per week preferred
