We’re thrilled to announce the opening for Account Executive - Liquor Store reporting to the National Off-Trade Manager . As the Account Executive - Liquor Store, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth across assigned liquor store customers within the designated territory. You will be responsible for achieving sales, revenue, volume, distribution and sell-through targets; building strong relationships with key trade partners; expanding distribution and securing new listings; improving outlet visibility; and managing trade investments and promotional activities. By closely monitoring market trends, competitor activity, pricing, stock levels and outlet execution, you will identify growth opportunities while protecting brand equity. Your contribution will support sustainable business growth and strengthen Moët Hennessy’s presence within the liquor store channel. How you will contribute… Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Performance & Territory Development (35%) • Achieve agreed sales, revenue, volume, distribution and profitability targets across assigned Liquor Store customers. • Develop and execute territory business plans and customer development plans, driving new listings and portfolio penetration. • Monitor sell-in, sell-through and stock levels to identify growth opportunities and mitigate business risks. • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and disciplined territory planning. 2. Outlet Coverage, Execution & Visibility (25%) • Conduct regular market visits per company call-frequency standards to ensure product availability, shelf visibility, display quality and pricing compliance. • Drive Perfect Store execution standards across priority outlets and deploy POSM/visibility materials per brand guidelines. • Monitor inventory health and recommend corrective actions as needed. 3. Customer Relationship & Wholesaler Management (20%) • Build and maintain strong relationships with liquor store owners, wholesalers, store managers and regional trade partners. • Coordinate with wholesalers to maximize distribution, stock availability and sales performance. • Conduct regular business reviews and resolve operational issues to strengthen partnership quality. 4. Promotion, Activation & Trade Investment Management (10%) • Execute channel promotions, new product launches, tastings, GWP programs and seasonal activations with Customer Marketing/Brand teams. • Monitor trade investment spending and promotional effectiveness, evaluating ROI and recommending improvements. 5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Monitoring (10%) • Track competitor pricing, portfolio development, promotions, displays and route-to-market activities. • Consolidate customer feedback and market insights into timely, actionable recommendations for management.\ Job Dimension Direct • Responsible for sales delivery and territory business development across assigned Liquor Store customers. • Accountable for sales achievement, distribution expansion, new listings, outlet execution, trade activation implementation and customer relationship management. • Manages territory-level commercial opportunities, visit planning and market intelligence; no formal people management at Executive level (may coach junior staff/reps at Supervisor level). Matrix • Collaborates with OFF Trade Channel Manager, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Sales Operations and wholesalers to ensure sales execution excellence. • Coordinates promotion planning, stock readiness, pricing management and visibility deployment. • Provides territory insights and commercial recommendations supporting channel strategy and decisions. Indirect • Influences liquor store owners, wholesalers, outlet managers, promoters and distributor personnel to achieve commercial objectives. • Supports company distribution, visibility, activation and execution standards across assigned territories. • Impacts brand visibility, customer satisfaction, premiumisation initiatives and overall channel sales effectiveness. Professional experience & know how: 3-5 years sales experience in multinational companies; experience in FMCG companies is highly preferred. Solid working experience in sales function 4. Technical & management skills: Good commercial sense, good understanding of large brand business within FMCG or luxury industries Familiar with local alcohol related regulations Good communication and negotiation skills 5.
