We’re thrilled to announce the opening for Account Executive – MOT, North Region , reporting to the Account Supervisor . As the Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maximising distribution coverage and strengthening Moët Hennessy’s position as the most preferred portfolio in the Champagne and Brown Spirits categories across the North Region MOT channel. You will be responsible for developing the existing customer pool, recruiting high-potential new customers, and converting distribution opportunities into sustainable sell-in and sell-out performance. By delivering excellent activation execution, customer engagement, merchandising visibility, and disciplined market follow-up, you will drive brand desirability. Your contribution will strengthen customer relationships and support the sustainable growth of Moët Hennessy’s business across the North Region MOT channel.
How you will contribute…
1. Distribution & Sales Performance
• Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned North region MOT territory.
• Maximise distribution of Moët Hennessy Champagne and Brown Spirits brands in existing and newly recruited outlets.
• Identify and convert incremental listing opportunities by account, outlet segment and consumer occasion.
• Ensure healthy stock levels, effective replenishment, and disciplined follow-up to support sell-out and avoid out-of-stock situations.
2. Customer Development & Recruitment
• Develop the existing customer pool through regular business review, opportunity mapping, outlet segmentation and agreed call plans.
• Recruit new customers with strong potential for Champagne and Brown Spirits growth, ensuring proper onboarding and brand portfolio introduction.
• Build trusted relationships with outlet owners, buyers and frontline staff to strengthen preference for Moët Hennessy brands.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer information, outlet potential, activation feedback and sales progress in the company system.
3. Activation Execution & Brand Desirability
• Execute consumer and trade activations with excellence in assigned outlets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, budget and execution standards.
• Work closely with Customer Marketing and Brand teams to tailor activation mechanics that enhance brand desirability and drive conversion.
• Ensure each activation is properly briefed, implemented, monitored and evaluated for effectiveness and future improvement.
4. Merchandising, Visibility & Outlet Standards
• Secure quality visibility, facings, displays and merchandising placement in line with channel guidelines and brand priorities.
• Monitor outlet execution standards and take corrective actions to protect brand image, product hygiene and consumer experience.
5. Market Intelligence & Business Planning
• Monitor retail pricing, competitor activities, consumer trends and outlet dynamics across the North region MOT market.
• Provide accurate market intelligence, sales forecast input and business updates to support channel planning and decision-making.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Channel Manager, Customer Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and activations.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly reviews, sharing progress, risks, learnings and proposed actions for the assigned territory.
• Act as a team player and support broader commercial initiatives when required.
7. Others
• Participate in the monthly and quarterly meeting to review and update the market activities and information
• Working as a team player and willing to assist the team members to achieve the goal

1. Education: College or above, major in Business Management is a plus
2. Languages: Good command in English
3. Professional experience & know how:
5 years or above sales experience in multinational companies.
experience in FMCG companies is highly preferred.
Solid working experience in sales function
4. Technical & management skills:
Good commercial sense, good understanding of large brand business within FMCG and / or luxury industries
Familiar with local alcohol related regulations
Good communication and negotiation skills
