We're thrilled to announce the opening for Assistant Brand Manager - Champagnes. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will support the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies across Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. You will play a key role in driving marketing activations, managing cross-functional projects, overseeing budgets, and coordinating with agencies, stakeholders, and Maison partners to ensure brand initiatives are delivered effectively and in line with global brand standards. Brand & Marketing Strategy • Support the Senior Brand Manager and Brand Director in developing annual brand plans and marketing priorities. • Translate brand strategy into clear activation plans and initiative with clear objective and well defined strategy. • Monitor consumer and competitive trends to identify opportunities for the brand. • Monitor and report various aspects of brand performance through market visits, research, and trade responses on a regular basis. • Rationalization of product mix to improve brand contribution. • Budget and LE submissions together with the finance team and to ensure timely and accurate submissions of necessary data. • Timely submission of marketing proposals/reports to Senior Brand Manager for approval. 2. Campaign & Activation Management • Lead assigned marketing projecs and activations from briefing through execution and post evaluation. • Develop clear briefs for creative, PR, event and other agency partners. • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, productions and stakeholder approvals. • Ensure execution is consistent with brand guidelines, and meets expected quality standards. • Identify potential issues early and proactively recommend solutions. • Timely submission of marketing proposals/reports to Marketing Manager for approval. 3. Budget Management • Managed assigned marketing budgets and maintain accurate tracking of expenditure. • Coordinate Purchase Orders, Invoices and financial processes related to marketing activities. • Ensure spending remains within approved budgets and flag potential risks early. • Support evaluation of marketing investment effectiveness. 4. Stakeholder & Agency Management • Manage day to day relationship with agencies, suppliers, and external • Coordinate effectively with the Maison where applicable. • Communicate project status clearly and proactively to relevant stakeholders. • Follow up consistently to ensure agreed actions and timelines are delivered. We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have… Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, preferably within wines & spirits, luxury, or consumer goods. Experience in brand planning, campaign execution, consumer activations, and agency management. Strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and brand performance analysis. Experience managing marketing budgets, campaign reporting, and cross-functional projects. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and external partners. Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong project management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.
