Whether you're coming from an e-commerce Key Account manager role, Amazon or a digital-native retailer ready to lead, this is where commercial ownership and people leadership come together. This role is the senior commercial seat for E-Retail in Germany. You personally own the Amazon business as strategic flagship, define channel strategy across all digital customers, and lead a specialist team, all within the Moet Hennessy ecosystem and a connected EMEA E-Business network. Amazon Germany - Strategic Flagship Customer • Full P&L ownership: volume, net revenue, profitability, market share • Lead and negotiate Joint Business Plans and Annual Trade Terms • Drive assortment, pricing, promotional strategy and distribution via Vendor Central • Own demand forecasting, business planning and customer investment decisions • Maximize ROI by evaluating incremental sales and trade investments • Build long-term strategic partnerships with senior Amazon stakeholders E-Retail Channel Leadership - Germany • Define and execute the German E-Retail channel strategy across Amazon and relevant E-Retailer and emerging digital commerce platforms • Develop the annual business plan, growth roadmap and commercial strategy • Analyze sales performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop strategies to accelerate growth • Leverage consumer insights, market trends and business analytics to drive customer engagement and identify joint growth opportunities • Represent DE in EMEA and Global E-Business communities; lead best practice sharing Retail Media & Digital Shelf Excellence • Own the Retail Media strategy (Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC) in partnership with Marketing • Lead digital media strategy and campaign optimization to maximize performance and ROAS across all E-Retail customers • Apply e-commerce best practices across content, traffic, conversion and average order value, combining performance marketing discipline with core sales fundamentals (forecasting, promotions, analytics, customer investment management) • Drive Digital Shelf: content quality, search/SEO, brand stores, online activations • Maximize ROI on digital investment through performance tracking and data-driven optimization • Build digital commercial capabilities across the wider German organization Team Leadership • Lead, coach, develop: E-Retail Key Account + E-Retail Activation Manager • Set clear priorities, build succession plans, elevate commercial capabilities • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain • Drive high-performance culture rooted in ownership, accountability and continuous improvement Non-Negotiables 6+ years of commercial experience in FMCG, Luxury or Consumer Goods Hands-on Amazon and/or major E-Retail Key Account management experience - Vendor Central, JBPs, Trade Terms negotiations Proven P&L ownership at senior level First people leadership experience Fluent English; German a strong advantage Active ownership, full-range execution and results-orientation Technical Skills That Set You Apart Confident commercial negotiator - trading terms, JBPs, investment frameworks Amazon Advertising fluency: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, AMC Digital Shelf expertise: content, SEO, search, brand store management Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities - you make decisions from data Channel strategy + hands-on execution - you operate at both levels without being asked The Mindset We Need Ownership over escalation - you close gaps by identifying and initiating solutions, you don't only flag them upward Commercial sharpness - you protect margin as hard as you chase volume Builder mentality - you create structure, tools and capabilities where there isn't any yet Growth Mindset - you change challenges into opportunities Getting things done - you transform the vision into reality with execution from beginning to end Bias for action in a matrixed, international environment Genuine passion for Wines & Spirits and the luxury space Benefits: • 30+ days vacation. • Employee discounts for own products and corporate benefits. • E-Bike Leasing, Coverage for Fitness, monthly meal allowance. • Comprehensive training and an excellent working atmosphere and modern working equipment. • Opportunities for further training and (international) development within LVMH.
