The Brand Director, Belvedere is the marketing and commercial leader of the Belvedere brand in the United States, responsible for driving long-term brand equity, consumer desirability, and profitable business growth across all channels and consumer touchpoints.
Travel Requirement: Approximately 30% travel
Team Size - 1 Direct Report: Brand Manager
Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office
Compensation: $156,000-$195,000/ annually + bonus
Positions Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Business Leadership
• Own and define the U.S. strategic vision, growth roadmap, and annual business objectives for Belvedere.
• Act as steward of Belvedere brand equity and Maison DNA.
• Lead annual brand planning and identify growth opportunities.
Commercial Leadership & Market Development
• Partner with Commercial leadership, Regions, and distributors to drive volume, depletions, profitability, and share growth.
• Maintain a strong presence in market with sales teams and customers.
• Lead business reviews and market assessments.
Integrated Marketing Leadership
• Lead PR, experiential, social, influencer, partnerships, content, digital marketing, and paid/owned/earned media programs.
• Drive cultural relevance and consumer engagement.
Financial Stewardship & Business Performance Management
• Own brand P&L and A&P investment strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reviews.
Operational Excellence
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure execution excellence.
Leadership & Talent Development
• Lead, coach, and develop one Brand Manager.
Education :
Bachelor’s Degrees, or MBA Degree and/or years of equivalent experience.
Professional Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, commercial leadership, or general management.
• Proven success across PR, experiential, social, influencer, partnerships, and integrated media.
• Strong business and financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Deep understanding of luxury brand building and the U.S. three-tier system.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
