LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Middle East manages 9 different brands including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Make Up for Ever, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, Acqua Di Parma, Benefit Cosmetics and Maison Francis Kurkdjian. LVMH P&C Middle East oversees an area of 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India with subsidiaries and agents’ structures. Strategic Business Partnership • Partner with the EMEA General Manager to support strategic and commercial decisions through financial analysis, projections and recommendations. • Monitor performance against budget and long-term ambitions, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and optimize costs. • Lead the financial dimension of business transformation initiatives and new business opportunities. • Partner with business and marketing teams across MEA and Europe to build budgets, business models and scenarios, anticipate risks and turn data into decisions. Financial Control & Performance • Drive a comprehensive view of EMEA performance across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash. • Lead planning, forecasting and budgeting processes, challenging assumptions and analyzing key variances. • Oversee financial controlling, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency across the region. • Strengthen controlling practices and create synergies between MEA and Europe, harmonizing processes and ways of working. • Challenge cost structures and identify optimization opportunities while supporting strategic priorities and growth. Executive Reporting • Lead financial reporting and business performance reviews, providing clear analysis and recommendations. • Prepare and present budgets, business reviews and pre-board materials to senior executives. • Maintain regular dialogue with HQ Finance and the Global CFO, providing regional insights and optimization opportunities. Team Leadership • Lead and develop the Finance Controlling team across Paris, Dubai and Saudi Arabia , fostering collaboration, analytical excellence, accountability and a strong business-partner mindset. • Build strong relationships across MAKE UP FOR EVER MEA and Europe, Central Finance and PCDO Finance. YOUR PROFILE ____________ Master’s degree in finance & controlling, and a minimum of 10 years of successful professional experience in finance and controlling are a must. Previous experiences in the Middle East and/or the Cosmetics / Luxury industry are a strong advantage Very Proficient user of the MS Office package Fluent in English; French and Arabic can be a significant advantage but is not compulsory Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills Team spirit, business partner, Demonstrated ability to foster intelligent collaboration and transparency across diverse teams and stakeholders A genuine desire to contribute to business expansion and business transformation.
