A Day in the Life As the Flow & Weighing Supervisor for the evening shift at our Montreal plant, you will be the cornerstone of our nocturnal logistics operations. You will guide a dynamic team of forklift drivers and weighing operators, ensuring the fluidity, safety, and efficiency of all goods movements and weighing processes. Drive Logistics Operations: You will plan and oversee internal flows, product handling, and weighing operations, while ensuring inventory integrity. Lead Your Team: You will act as a leader, responsible for training, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve standards of excellence in safety, quality, and performance. Champion Continuous Improvement: Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, you will identify opportunities and lead projects to optimize processes, inventory management, and adherence to 5S standards. Ensure Collaboration: You will maintain seamless communication with other shifts and cross-functional departments to ensure a perfectly aligned and efficient operational chain. We Are Looking For We are seeking an individual with natural leadership, strong autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset. You are the ideal candidate if you have: Proven supervisory experience in a logistics or production environment. Excellent proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and an ability to analyze performance indicators. A degree in logistics, operations management, or a related field. Excellent communication skills in both French and English. A strong focus on team management and talent development .
