Description
As Strategic Planning Project Manager, you will report directly to the Business Strategy & Intelligence Director, who also serves as Chief of Staff to the Deputy CEO of Parfums Christian Dior & the LVMH Beauty Division. In this role, you will work across a broad and transversal scope, tackling a wide range of strategic and operational topics in close collaboration with the Business Intelligence and Pricing Management teams at Parfums Christian Dior. You will enjoy strong exposure to international markets and top management, contributing directly to strategic decision-making. You will also support selected initiatives related to the ongoing transformation of LVMH Beauty. Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic and operational support to the Business Strategy & Intelligence Director, proactively contributing to the monitoring and analysis of market performance and business operations. • Prepare performance reports and executive presentations for top management at Parfums Christian Dior, with the autonomy to develop and propose relevant analyses, performance indicators, and frameworks to monitor and interpret market performance. • Contribute to the development and preparation of annual budget presentations and medium-term strategic plans, collaborating with key internal stakeholders to structure compelling narratives and highlight strategic insights. • Work in close partnership with the Business Intelligence and Pricing Management teams to foster cross-collaboration and strengthen the development of strategic business insights. • Support selected LVMH Beauty transformation initiatives through the preparation of analyses and presentations, coordination across stakeholders, and monitoring of key deliverables and next steps. Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 4 years of relevant experience in strategy, business intelligence, or consulting, ideally within the luxury or FMCG sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex information and generate actionable insights. Proven ability to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, with strong skills in structuring clear, impactful narratives and visually engaging slides tailored for executive audiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and French. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
