We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Store Planning & Facilities Intern to support our Store Planning and Retail Facilities teams. In this role, you will assist in the execution of new store openings, relocations, and expansion projects, while playing a key operational role in managing facilities invoices and financial workflows within SAP. Store Planning & Project Support • Support Store Planning project managers in tracking timelines, action logs, and deliverables for new store openings, expansions, and relocations. • Assist in organizing, maintaining, and distributing architectural drawings, space plans, and design specification packages to internal teams and external vendors. • Help coordinate communications with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project milestones. • Prepare status reports, presentation decks, and visual documentation for project reviews. Facilities & Financial Administration (SAP & Invoice Management) • Own the end-to-end invoice management process for the Facilities team, ensuring timely logging, verification, and routing for approval. • Process purchase requisitions, create purchase orders (POs), and manage Goods Receipts (GRs) utilizing SAP . • Reconcile vendor accounts, track monthly facilities expenditures against budgets, and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and the finance department. • Maintain organized digital archives of all contracts, service agreements, and financial documentation. • Assist with routine facilities administration and coordinate minor maintenance work order updates as needed. Profile & Qualifications Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Architecture, or Interior Design. Technical Skills: Prior experience or strong familiarity with SAP (or similar ERP systems) and financial tracking. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with AutoCAD or design software is a plus. Soft Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $20 USD per hour.
