Client Advisor Intern - Milano Montenapoleone

Within the Loro Piana Montenapoleone flagship store, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in the daily management of sales activities and in providing a customer experience aligned with the brand’s values. This internship represents a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the world of high-end retail, acquiring skills in the luxury sector and developing relational and organizational abilities. • Welcoming and assisting customers in the boutique. • Supporting the sales process and post-sales activities. • Contributing to maintaining the store’s image according to Loro Piana standards. • Managing stock, visual merchandising, and back-office tasks. • Assisting in the preparation and management of in-store events. Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related fields. Passion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactivity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit. Good command of Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Availability of working in shifts, including weekends. • Monthly gross compensation of 800€. • Ticket restaurant.
