Store Manager – Sportswear Brand

Store Manager Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Store Manager M/F in Rotterdam . In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the uxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich. Description of the Store Manager : As an Store Manager, you will be working in the following duties: • • • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by maximizing business opportunities; • Contribute to sales figures' analysis and elaborations; • Actively suggest and contribute to maintain and expand client's network locally; • Contribute to a high level of customer service; • Ensure the staff meet all the company standards on appearance, stamp ceremony, behaviors; • Contribute to display set-up, liaising with Visual Merchandising; • Coordinating and training the team; Requirements • Minimum 2 years experience as a store manager for premium or sportswear brands. • Excellent communications, interpersonal and leadership skills. • Commercially driven and result oriented approach is key with a strategic mindset. • Proactive, problem solving and able to think outside the box. • Proficiency in English and Dutch.
