Assistant Store Manager Luxury Brand - Lisbon From Luxe Talent , International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team of a renowned Luxury Brand, for their store based in Lisbon. Responsibilities: • Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating best practices in client engagement and sales, while actively supporting the team in achieving their KPIs • Empower the team to build lasting client relationships by making full use of available tools and resources • Guide the team toward achieving business objectives by cultivating a supportive, motivating work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and a pursuit of excellence • Collaborate with the Store Manager to attract, hire, and nurture talent, ensuring a strong succession pipeline is in place • Ensure new team members receive the necessary support and mentoring to complete their onboarding journey smoothly, promoting a positive and effective integration into the organization • Establish clear goals and performance expectations for both individuals and the team, consistently monitoring progress, providing direction, and offering performance coaching • Assume full store leadership responsibilities in the absence of senior management, including opening/closing operations, managing escalations, and addressing complex Client concerns when needed • Enhance product knowledge within the team to improve key sales metrics, including sales performance, cross-selling, and units per transaction • Embed a Client-first mentality across the team to consistently deliver an exceptional service experience Requirements: • Skilled in communication and relationship-building, with a strong emphasis on embracing and championing diversity • Demonstrated success in a comparable setting, leading diverse teams toward achieving outstanding results • Capable of adapting quickly, thinking innovatively, and crafting commercially sound solutions • Strong collaborator with a hands-on leadership style, inspiring and guiding teams through example • Genuine passion for fashion, contemporary art, and cultural trends • Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese The offer: • Basic salary up to €55k • Bonus on target achievement • Brand discount Luxe Talent is a leading search, recruitment and training consultancy in the Fashion, Luxury and Retail sector in Europe.
