Store Manager (Bicester Village - UK) Luxe Talent, International Recruitment Agency specialized in Fashion and Retail, is currently seeking for a professional and dynamic Store Manager English Speaker, for a Luxury Brand in Bicester Village. Job Description: As Store Manager you will be working in the most important outlet store in Bicester. You will have full P&L responsibility, sales and team management tasks. You will be the main motivator of the team by being a great team player with a commercial mindset. Main Responsibilities: • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by maximizing the business opportunities • Contribute to sales figures’ analysis and elaborations • Actively suggest and contribute to maintain and expand client’s network locally • Liaise with Marketing and PR to enhance the CRM strategy • Contribute to high level of customer service • Ensure the staff meet all the company standards on appearance, selling ceremony, behaviors • Contribute to display set-up, liaising with Visual Merchandising Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the luxury environment • 5 years’ experience in a managerial role • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills • Commercially driven and result oriented approach is key together with a strategic mind-set • Proficiency in English Don't hesitate to apply to this vacancy.
