Principales responsabilités • Accueillir les clients avec chaleur et professionnalisme, anticiper les besoins et fournir une assistance personnalisée. • Agissez en tant qu'ambassadeur de la marque en interne et sur le marché local ; soutenez l'engagement sur les réseaux sociaux. • Gérez les points de vente avec précision, organisez les encaissements et gérez les espèces et les supports conformément à la politique. • Suggérez des produits complémentaires, faites la promotion des cartes-cadeaux et collectez des informations sur les clients lorsque cela est autorisé. • Recevoir, traiter et organiser les envois et les transferts ; signaler les écarts et maintenir la propreté de l'entrepôt. • Gérez les niveaux de stock, réapprovisionnez la surface de vente et exécutez des mises à jour visuelles du merchandising. • Soutenez les activités de la surface de vente, répondez aux demandes des clients en toute confiance et établissez des partenariats avec l'équipe ou la direction selon les besoins. • Respectez les normes d'entretien et les directives de prévention des pertes. Exigences • 1 ou plus d'expérience dans le commerce de détail (expérience de caissier/de magasin, vente, etc.), de préférence dans un environnement de vente au détail de luxe. Une combinaison d'études et d'expérience sera prise en compte • Possède une connaissance actuelle des tendances de la mode et de la concurrence sur le marché. • Connaissance des systèmes de caisse, compétences informatiques de base (y compris la capacité d'utiliser un iPad/ordinateur portable, un point de vente mobile et Internet), utilisation d'un talkie-walkie, compréhension et lecture des fiches de prix et de commercialisation des produits. • Grand souci du détail et compétences organisationnelles. • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un environnement dynamique. • Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle. • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, • solide maîtrise de l'anglais. Base Pay Range: 19.500,00 € - 24.000,00 € The salary range shown represents the full-time equivalent base pay for this position at the time of posting, in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. For part-time roles, the salary will be pro-rated based on contracted hours. Actual compensation will be determined using objective, job-related criteria.
