Description
Job objective: This role is responsible for implementing marketing promotions on the Douglas websites /Romania and Bulgaria/, in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Digital Marketing & Performance, CRM, Social Media teams), ensuring efficient management of all website activities and optimal use of available space. Your responsibilities: • Maintain and update local website and app content on a daily basis, including homepage elements, promotional spaces, campaigns, and local market-specific content. • Plan, schedule, create, localize, and publish content for campaigns, special occasions, and promotional events, ensuring relevance, compliance, and effectiveness. • Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams (Digital Marketing, CRM, Content, Design, Performance) and central/global teams to request, adapt, and implement campaign assets and materials. • Configure and launch campaigns using backend systems and platforms (SAP, Magento, CMS, CRM), ensuring accurate alignment between website and mobile app content, particularly for the Bulgarian market. • Perform QA checks before and during campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms. • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights. • Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements, including pricing and data processing. • Contribute to improving transparency and operational efficiency of sales activation processes through effective documentation, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. • Use project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, JIRA) to plan, track, and manage tasks, issues, materials, and campaign activities. • Provide administrative and operational support, including documentation, materials tracking, reporting, and audit-related tasks. • Participate in eCommerce planning by contributing ideas, identifying risks and limitations, and supporting continuous process improvements. • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments, stores, external partners, and international teams, supporting cross-market initiatives and adapting to different systems, tools, and processes within the cluster. • Occasionally travel for campaign coordination, training, and alignment activities. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) • Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics or similar • High attention to detail combined with strong analytical thinking skills • Travel for training and within cluster countries • Participation in company events • Participation in online and in-person trainings • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • Fluent English
