TASKS WITH IMPACT • You support the creation of investor and analyst presentations, factbooks and Q&A documents. • You prepare peer group, market and share price analyses to support ongoing IR activities. • You take ownership of IR surveys – from setup and execution to evaluation and presentation of results. • You maintain and further develop IR databases, investor lists and CRM tools. • You assist in the preparation and follow-up of roadshows, conferences and earnings calls. • You handle administrative and back-office tasks within the Investor Relations team. • You collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy and related stakeholders to support capital market communication. Alongside these competencies, we're looking for the following skills: • You are enrolled in an advanced stage of your studies (ideally at Master's level) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or a comparable field of study. • Initial practical experience in the areas of Finance or Marketing is desirable. • Strong interest in capital markets and a genuine enthusiasm for Investor Relations. • Confident working with Excel and PowerPoint; analytical mindset and structured working style. • High level of accuracy, reliability and attention to detail. • Very good written and spoken German and English skills (business-fluent). • Hands-on mentality with the motivation to take responsibility and drive topics proactively. • Availability to work mainly on-site in Düsseldorf.
