Senior Scientist, Scientific Product Valorization

Main Responsibilities: Build and Translate DEV SPV long-term vision through compelling communication, break down into achievable goals for the team Leverage expert team to inject China needs (branded) into the global (branded) strategies; translate strategies and develop China SPV team plans for business growth Manage SRC/PPE/DMI/Marketing/ADV interfaces for innovation and synergic business outcome Integrate and lead cross-function team in project mode to deliver high complex /First to market DEV valorization projects with high quality Envision a realistic and achievable business outcome, motivate and inspire team members to achieve success Ensure compliance with brand technical issues in relation with the laboratory head Protect and strengthen the sincere spirit of the SPV team (to science and to our consumer) Build talent pipeline for short-and long-term business goals; identify and develop internal and external technical talent, drive employee engagement and retain contributors Requirements: Master & above degree with major in Chemical, Biology or related Good knowledge of skin biology OR Formulation / consumer insight Sensitive to cosmetic Métier Excellent communication skill; be able to translate technology into consumer & marketing language Consumer centricity 4 years above related working experience with main exposure to cosmetic industry or related raw material industry; prefer with 3 years on product valorization/go to market activity </div
