Sales Assistant - Contemporary Jewellery - Lisbon Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, is looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team of a contemporary jewellery brand, for their store in Lisbon. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience, showcasing your customer service skills and a refined selling ceremony. Responsibilities: • Provide a personalized, high-end customer experience aligned with luxury service standards • Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up • Manage VIP clientele with discretion and professionalism • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the jewellery collections, brand heritage, and craftsmanship • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs • Support colleagues to foster a positive team environment Requirements: • Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or fashion sectors • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Experience working with VIP clients • Excellent presentation skills with a natural affinity for luxury aesthetics • Passion for luxury, jewellery, and exceptional customer service • Highly professional, polished, and discreet • Team player with a collaborative attitude The offer: • Salary up to €2,000 monthly gross • Additional company benefits • Monthly commission scheme Luxe Talent is a leading search, recruitment and training consultancy in the Fashion, Luxury and Retail sector in Europe.
