Y ou have ex ceptional client service and hospitality mindset with the ability to deliver personalized luxury experiences .​ You have s trong planning, coordination and organizational skills , with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities . You have ex cellent communication and relationship -building skills to collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams and external partners .​ You are p roactive, adaptable and solutions- oriented , demonstrating professionalism , discretion and a strong understanding of luxury retail standards. ​ You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus. What are we expecting from you? Deliver exceptional , personalized client experiences across all touchpoints , including tailored hospitality , reservations , VIP appointments and High Jewellery presentations . Support clienteling and business objectives through appointment coordination, follow- ups , data management, gifting , deliveries and personalized experiences . Coordinate Maison events , Salon activations and exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution , client engagement and adherence to Maison standards. Manage daily Salon operations , including supplies, inventory , vendors , maintenance, budgets and operational requests . Represent the Maison with professionalism and strong knowledge of its collections and savoir-faire, while fostering collaboration with Boutique teams , sister Maisons and partners .
