Senior Category Manager (Accessories) - Brazilian Market - Lisbon From Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, we are looking for an Senior Category Manager (Accessories) to join a dynamic Brazil E-commerce team, for a fast growing furniture brand currently leading the market. The role will be based in their Lisbon office and will manage the Brazilian Market. This profile will be responsible for defining and executing the category strategy, managing the product assortment and lifecycle, and driving sales and profitability in the Brazilian online market. This role works closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain and Customer teams to ensure strong commercial execution and successful launches. Role Responsibilities: • Own and develop the Accessories category for the Brazil E-commerce market; • Define assortment strategy, launches, phase-outs and pricing in line with business goals; • Monitor category performance, margins and conversion, turning insights into growth actions; • Lead product launches and promotional initiatives across digital channels; • Use customer and market insights to continuously optimize category positioning. Requirements: • Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related field; • 3+ years’ experience in E-commerce, Category Management, Digital Retail or D2C; • Strong analytical mindset with proven impact on online sales performance; • Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments; • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
