A Day in the Life
Reporting to the Omni Key Account Manager Lead, you will drive retail expansion and commercial activation across the dynamic SAPMENA region.
Property
• Zone Real Estate Strategy & Alignment: Adapt and deploy the global retail real estate strategy across the SAPMENA zone, ensuring local country expansion plans align with global brand guidelines, DMI objectives, and regional market specificities.
• Portfolio & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end retail real estate lifecycle across key SAPMENA markets—ranging from site selection and lease negotiations to store design, construction, renovation, and ongoing regional portfolio optimization.
• Regional Stakeholder & Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with key regional institutional landlords, developers, and international or regional brokerage networks across the diverse SAPMENA footprint.
• Performance & KPI Tracking: Establish and monitor regional real estate KPIs (such as occupancy costs, portfolio efficiency, and rollout timelines) to evaluate strategy effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across the zone.
• Governance & Country Liaison: Act as the central regional liaison between the global retail real estate team and SAPMENA country entities, coordinating regular portfolio reviews and ensuring the effective local execution of real estate action plans.
Activation
• Brand & Promotional Coordination: Collaborate with regional and local brand teams to define and harmonize campaign plans, O+O touchpoints, value proposition, product sets, and Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) mechanics seamlessly.
• Campaign & Launch Tracking: Monitor and track the performance, rollout, and impact of new product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Deliver comprehensive monthly reports, ad-hoc data analysis, and polished presentations (PPT) to provide actionable insights.
• Portfolio Management: Coordinate with brand capacity + management
• Supply Chain & Operations: Governance on Key launches & hero products, tracking service rate across multiple markets to ensure 100% OSA & Fill rate.
• Internal Stakeholder Support: Empower brand teams with robust data, internal presentations, and performance tracking.
