Sales Specialist - Premium Appliance Brand Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Sales Specialist in Antwerp . In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the uxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich. Description of the Sales Specialist - Premium : Please find below the main tasks as a Sales Specialist: • • Manage the full sales cycle — from identifying new leads to establishing lasting partnerships through strategic networking. • Organize and lead Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions tailored for potential clients. • Develop and deliver training programs for dealers, distributors, and partners, focusing strongly on post-sales support including installation, maintenance, and product usage. • Oversee and coordinate technical support services as required. • Prepare comprehensive reports by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data using the company’s CRM system. Requirements • Speaking Dutch fluent and a good English. • Good communication and people skills; able to build strong relationships with people at all levels. • Organized and good at solving problems and negotiating. • Experience in Horeca or sales is a plus. • Open to traveling up to 50% of the time to stay connected with the market. • If you'd like to work in the premium sector, don't hesitate to send us your CV!
