In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the uxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich. Description of the Sales Advisor : As a Sales Advisor, you will be working in the following duties: • Provide excellent customer service tailored to the culture and personality of each client, and create a pleasant shopping environment that fits the brand's image. • Demonstrate and reflect the brand image through the service you provide with a positive and professional attitude. • Respond to all customer inquiries and issues in a professional, effective, and timely manner. • Build and maintain successful relationships with customers, resulting in strong sales performance. • Ensure brand loyalty through the development of these relationships via personal interaction and active clienteling. • • Requirements • Proven retail experience in fashion • Good communication skills in Dutch, as well as in French, which will be tested during the interview; other languages are a plus • Strong customer-oriented skills to ensure customer contact is maintained and a long-term professional and loyal relationship is established • Excellent attention to detail to support business needs and provide polished, professional service • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills. Capable of building strong, authentic relationships with customers and working together with team members while supporting and collaborating effectively with the store manager • Proactive, dynamic, and willing to learn and develop • Adaptability and flexibility.
