Sale Assistant | Premium Accessories - OPENING NEW STORE Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Sale Assistant M/F in Amsterdam . In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich. Description of the Sale Assistant - Premium Accessories : As a Sale Assistant - your main responsabilities will be: • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by welcoming and assisting customers, offering personalized advice, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. • Sales Performance: Drive sales to meet or exceed targets, actively promoting products and engaging with customers to boost sales. • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the product range to effectively inform and advise customers. • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store's appearance by organizing products, setting up displays, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing. • Operational Duties: Handle sales transactions, manage inventory, and adhere to store policies and procedures. Requirements • Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a premium or luxury setting. • Skills: Strong communication abilities, a proactive and outgoing demeanor, and effective selling skills. • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous. • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays If you'd like to work in the luxury sector and have a sense of responsibility, don't hesitate to send us your CV!
