Retail Buyer (Premium/Luxury Brand) Luxe Talent is searching for a talented Retail Buyer to join an exciting luxury brand rapidly expanding in their Sydney offices. Main Responsibilities: • Range Building & Buying: In consultation with Design, pre and in-season range development across all Collections. Analyse market trends, consumer preferences, sell through and seasonal demands to help formulate a development practice in line with business needs and consumer demands. • Pre & In Season Management: Comprehensive market analysis to identify new category or product opportunities within the business. Extensive pricing architecture research to help develop internal pricing structure and market knowledge of each product area. • Reporting: Weekly/Monthly analysis of all Retail and WS reporting. Seasonal analysis by Collection across Retail and WS business. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience. • 4-5 years of retail buying experience gained within a fashion and/or luxury environment. • Experience in Range Building and Product Development. • Strong eye for relevant and brand luxury product. • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen. • English fluent.
