POSITION WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION 该职务在组织中的位置 JOB TITLE OF THE SUPERVISOR / 上级的职务: Purchasing Associate Manager JOB BEING DESCRIBED / 本职位名称: Purchaser & Developer JOB TITLE OF SUBORDINATES / 下属的职务: NA KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION 该职务所需的主要资质 -Bachelor’s degree or above. -Taste of Luxe and quality orientated, strong willingness to explore in packaging industry with passion, proficient in English (while French is concerned as a clear plus). -2~3 years' experience in related areas, cosmetics/packaging is preferred. -Good project management skills: cost /retro planning / spec control -Good understanding of cosmetic packaging production processes and techniques (material/printing/decoration/assembly) -Smooth communication and interpersonal skills -Rigorous methodology & logical thinking, with autonomous & efficiency & result oriented -Quick learner, ability to identify & analyze issue/risk/problem, hardworking and able to work under pressure CONTACTS AND RELATIONS 与该职务有联系或相关的人或组织 Internal / 内部的: -Purchasing team (HQ) -Packing development team (HQ) -Quality team (Filling plant & Distribution center & Markets) -Planning team (Filling plant & Distribution center & Markets) -Local marketing team -Purchasing & Packaging team (Pudong) External / 外部的: -Suppliers -3rd parties’ subcontractor/ partner DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责 -To strictly follow purchasing strategy and implement it in daily operation -To handle independently purchasing & development of new projects from brief to delivery with effective solution of cost / planning / quality -Actively respond to HQ / distribution center / markets for any issues related to basic reorder references and provide effective solutions including lead time, price, capacity, quality, etc. -To secure supplier's compliance by following purchasing strategy & policy -To work regularly with suppliers for innovation & Eco-conception & sustainability study on packaging material in alignment with group's environmental commitment. -Regular / Instant report to manager for important projects progress / alerts of potential risk or issue unsolved -Frequent project review meeting with suppliers and HQ teams. -To contribute to team global objective & score card (cost, OTIF, QCR, Eco, Localization, etc.) -Other cross function assigned by management team
