Product Coordinator - International Packing Company - Porto From LuxeTalent , an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury we are looking for a Product Coordinator to join an established company specializing in sustainable packaging, labeling, trims, and digital solutions for the apparel and footwear industries, for their office based in Porto . Responsibilities: • Act as the main liaison between Brand, KAM, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth communication and operations • Support KAM and Brand by coordinating product development trims (e.g., hangtags, woven labels, zipper pullers, buttons, packaging) • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in internal systems such as TEXAS and GARP • Coordinate pricing and sampling requests with Product Development (PD) and follow up on cost pricing and supplier information • Review pricing data and inform KAMs for quoting and price setting • Initiate and track sample development, ensuring timely brand approvals and internal reviews • Coordinate the launch of bulk production following sample approvals • Support onboarding of new brands by overseeing category and vendor setup across systems Requirements: • Previous experience in product coordination, supply chain, or merchandising—preferably within fashion or textiles • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail • Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms such as TEXAS, GARP, and internal ERP systems • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines simultaneously • A collaborative mindset with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities while supporting the wider team • Professional, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus The offer: • Gross salary of up to €1600 monthly • Lunch vouchers • Permanent contract Luxe Talent is a leading search, recruitment and training consultancy in the Fashion, Luxury and Retail sector in Europe.
