Operation Supervisor to Assistant Manager

Job Description ： 1 、 Lead daily operations and team management for D2C & B2B order fulfillment in an automated fulfillment factory, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production. 2 、 Standardize production workflows, implement efficiency improvements to boost capacity, reduce costs, and enhance workforce productivity. 3 、 Optimize automated equipment processes and integrated systems (e.g..WMS/WES) to maximize throughput and reliability. 4 、 Monitor KPIs, rapidly troubleshoot anomalies, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets. 5 、 Train and develop employees Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference for Logistics, Supply Chain Management, automation, or related fields. Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or warehouse operations management, strong preference for Hands-on expertise in automation design, system logic, and operational execution. Proven ability to inspire teams, drive performance, and maintain seamless production workflows. Good problem-solving skills, and cross-department collaboration to lead projects, and ensure business continuity. Excellent oral English and communication skills. </div
