In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam. Description of the Onsite Technician Service: We are currently recruiting an Onsite Technician for one of our clients: a Premium Kitchen Appliances Brand. As an Onsite Technician , you will be working in the following duties: • Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling across Flanders (Belgium). • Oversee all aspects of installation, repair, maintenance, and functionality testing of the equipment. • Diagnose technical issues and determine the most suitable solutions. • Train customers on the proper use and operation of the equipment. • Prepare detailed and comprehensive service reports after each visit. Requierements: • Proficiency in English is required (knowledge of Dutch is not mandatory but is considered an advantage). • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenges effectively. • At least 2 years of experience in the electromechanical field ( Premium Kitchen Appliances) • Willingness to travel throughout Flanders, Belgium (up to 80% of working time).
