Key Responsibilities Brand & Product Strategy : Orchestrate high-profile product launches across key makeup categories (Face, Eye, Lip) and drive the sustained growth of Maybelline’s iconic pillar franchises. Consumer & Market Intelligence : Continually analyze consumer insights, social media trends and competitor activities to identify market gaps and make strategic recommendations to management. O+O 360° Activation : Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (O+O/Digital/Social/Retail) to build engaging, trend-setting consumer experiences that drive both brand equity and sell-out. Execution Excellence : Ensure flawless execution of all marketing touchpoints—including digital media, PR events, influencer advocacy collaborations, and high-impact retail podiums—strictly meeting launch timelines. Cross-functional Collaboration : Mobilize and partner closely with Sales, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain, as well as creative and media agencies, to align commercial strategies and promotional calendars. Business & Financial Management : Manage the A&P budget with high efficiency, optimize ROI, and collaborate with Demand Planner to ensure high sales forecast accuracy. Leadership Presentations : Consolidate marketing performance data and future strategies into clear, impactful presentations for senior leadership. Requirements Industry Experience : 8+ years of solid product marketing or brand management experience, ideally within Beauty, FMCG, or fast-paced consumer-centric industries. Strategic & Execution Balance : Strong strategic thinking capability paired with a hands-on approach and a sharp eye for execution details. Entrepreneurial & Creative Spirit : A self-starter mindset with high creative agility, passionate about bringing bold, innovative ideas to life. Resilience & Agility : Ability to thrive under pressure, manage ambiguity, and multitask effectively in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment. Communication & Influence : Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders. People Management (Preferred) : Previous experience in supervising, mentoring, or leading junior team members or interns is preferred. </div
