A Day in the Life Lead and shape the brand's comprehensive communication strategy to elevate brand equity, maximize visibility, and strengthen local market reputation. Drive high-impact PR, and influencer/ambassador strategies aligned with global guidelines and local business objectives. 1. Communication Strategy & Leadership Define and drive the long-term PR and communication strategy to continuously elevate brand image, visibility, and reputation in the market. Lead the overall communication roadmap, ensuring seamless alignment between global brand guidelines and local commercial goals. Manage and mentor team members, fostering high performance and talent development within the communication function. 2. Campaign & Project Direction Direct and oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated communication campaigns for major product launches, strategic brand projects, and high-profile events. Drive 360-degree communication initiatives that integrate earned, owned, and paid media for maximum impact. 3. Media Relations & High-Level Networking Build, cultivate, and leverage strong, high-level relationships with key media, editors, and industry influencers. Oversee high-impact media tie-ups, exclusive editorial projects, and innovative digital viral strategies. 4. Brand Ambassadors & Influencer Strategy Lead PR-driven celebrity, spokesperson, and brand ambassador partnerships to maximize earned media value and brand desirability. Oversee high-tier influencer marketing strategies and PR event curation. 5. Reputation Management & Crisis Oversight Proactively monitor brand reputation, media sentiment, and industry trends to identify emerging PR opportunities and potential risks. Establish and execute crisis communication protocols in close alignment with internal stakeholders and management. 6. Budget & Agency Management Manage and optimize the PR and communication budget to ensure high ROI across all initiatives. Oversee PR and external agency partnerships, setting clear KPIs, evaluating performance, and driving operational excellence. We Are Looking For +10 years of experience Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in Communications and PR, preferably within the Luxury or Cosmetic industry.
