GET TO KNOW US Our Client, an established Irish retail company specialising in premium watches and jewellery, is seeking to recruit an experienced and dynam ic Senior Retail Sa les Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales performance across multiple retail concessions, managing and developing store teams, driving commercial growth, overseeing operational excellence, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and retail management teams while maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction. This is a senior position with responsibility for a flagship watch concession DAYT, while also providing oversight of the wider jewellery retail operation JUVI. The successful candidate will lead and support the existing management team, drive business performance across both brands, and play a key role in shaping the future growth and success of the business. KNOW THE ROLE • Lead DAYT watches in addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the JUVI retail concession in Arnotts • Drive sales performance and profitability through effective leadership, coaching, and commercial decision-making • Set, monitor, and deliver on sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives across both brands • Manage, develop, and support the retail management team, fostering a high-performance culture • Collaborate with business owners on business planning, performance reviews, and growth initiatives • Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and commercial data to identify opportunities for growth • Negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships • Lead by example on the shop floor, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer focus • Has an excellent eye for detail and takes pleasure in helping customers find their perfect watch or gift • Oversee stock management, inventory control, stock ordering, and stocktake processes • Ensure visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are consistently maintained KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Minimum 4 years' management experience within retail, ideally in a luxury, premium, watch, jewellery or fashion environment • Proven success leading teams to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs • Demonstrated experience coaching, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams • Excellent understanding of retail operations, including stock control, merchandising, and workforce planning • Experience managing multiple brands • Third-level qualification in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous KNOW HOW WE WORK Experience is our business : Our customer engagement sets the bar in service and experiential retail, giving our customers something to love every time.
