TASKS WITH IMPACT • You serve as the internal point of contact for financial matters within the IT organization • In close collaboration with the Controlling team, you contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, particularly in the areas of accruals and provisions • You analyze budget-to-actual variances and derive actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making • You actively support budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing your expertise to the financial management of IT cost centers • You help develop pricing models for IT services and continuously optimize them together with Service Owners • You create transparency around IT cost structures by preparing relevant KPIs, financial analyses, and management reports • You independently prepare ad hoc analyses and management reports, presenting findings in a clear and audience-appropriate manner • In addition, you drive the continuous improvement of reporting structures and financial processes while ensuring a high level of data quality YOUR SKILLS We follow a competency-based and fair recruitment approach. Therefore, we look beyond your previous experience and want to understand how you create impact, embrace change as an opportunity, and collaborate successfully within a team In addition to these competencies, we are particularly interested in the following skills: • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on Finance or Controlling • Ideally, you have professional experience in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting, particularly in reporting, budgeting, or cost management • You are proficient in using SAP within a Finance or Controlling environment • You have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data • Ideally, you have worked with Microsoft PowerPoint and have initial experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools • You approach quantitative analyses in a structured manner and are able to derive meaningful insights from financial data • You work independently, are well organized, and focus on delivering clear, results-oriented outcomes • You collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and demonstrate an open, solution-oriented mindset • You have good written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
