International Franchise Operations Manager - Furniture Brand - Lisbon From Luxe Talent , International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail FMCG, we are looking for a Franchise Operations Manager for one of our clients, an international home furniture brand rapidly growing, to expand the European market. Responsibilities: • Oversee the creation of the Franchise Operations Manual, ensuring it is thorough and consistent with brand guidelines • Drive the full franchise transition process, coordinating efforts across Internal departments including legal, finance, marketing, and operations • Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within financial targets • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members involved in the franchise transition process • Promote cross-functional collaboration to deliver franchise initiatives efficiently • Apply an agile, franchisee-centric mindset to foster successful business launches • Lead the onboarding of new franchisees, ensuring adherence to company`s operational protocols Requirements: • Proven experience in managing projects, franchise operations, or retail-focused initiatives • Familiarity with creating operational manuals or documenting business processes is advantageous • Skilled at coordinating diverse stakeholders and balancing shifting priorities effectively • Comfortable multitasking in high-pressure, fast-moving environments • Highly organized and analytical, with a proactive approach to solving problems • Ability to establish long lasting relationships with business partners • Proficient in English, with experience collaborating across global teams and stakeholders The offer: • Salary up to €50k • Healthcare plan • Product family & friends discount • Development plan to grow your career step by step Luxe Talent is a leading search, recruitment and training consultancy in the Fashion, Luxury and Retail sector in Europe.
