Head of Atelier – Luxury Brand Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Head of Atelier in Europe ready to move in Netherdand . In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich. Description of the Head of Atelier - Luxury Brand : As a Head of Atelier , you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Working closely with design, atelier, sales, and PR teams to ensure timely and efficient processes are in place to deliver couture dresses of the highest quality for clients, runway shows, and VIP dressings in time. • Planning and coordinating the activities of the atelier. • Hiring and guiding junior team members and apprentices. • Managing a team of 25 employees, freelancers, and apprentices. Requirements • Previous experience in a similar role. • Fluent or bilingual in english, dutch it's a real plus. • A degree in fashion, textiles. • Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills and the ability to manage a team under time pressure. • Experience in high-end fashion. • Ability to inspire and motivate a large and diverse team. • Large sense of responsibility and takes ownership of the entire process. • Advanced knowledge of all facets of the Couture process; patterns, illustrator files, sewing. • Natural eye for detail, finish, fit. • Perfectionist character. • Budget responsibility and negotiating skills.
